The rental was beautiful and there were thoughtful details everywhere. It was well-decorated and felt like a second home. Jeni and Hanafi were incredible hosts and helped us with things we needed, such as organizing a motor bike rental and airport transportation. They made and delivered the most delicious breakfasts both mornings. Their hospitality went above and beyond in every way. We are honored to have met such wonderful people and to feel so welcomed in Bukittinggi!

Room is very good size and private,Johny is excellent host I was go with him to jungle trek and show me many things and explain me about jungle and we was lucky and see orangutan and another monkey really recommend

It is very tranquil and beautifully designed. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

We experienced very best view from 22nd floor. The room is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big. The hotel staffs were friendly.

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The geothermal spa within the hotel is great to relax in after a day hiking. The room was really comfortable and clean.
