Fabulous property for my weekend getaway from the city. It’s like a hidden gem in the jungle, very green, quiet, and relaxing. I just wish I could have spent more time there. I really enjoyed the comfortable, quiet room, which had a great resort-like vibe. The breakfast included in the package was simple but enough to fuel us for the day. The pool was probably my favorite; I spent about an hour swimming, surrounded by trees and plants.

The wooden bungalows were extremely spacious with extraordinarily high ceilings. All wood furniture and interior was well done. Bathroom was well appointed and included an attached soaking pool. Located steps from the Kep Crab Market. Email enquiry requesting early check in was answered within minutes and the room was ready upon our arrival with a nice plate of fresh fruit.

Location is the only positive side. I have a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking experience. Upon arrival at the scheduled 2:00 PM check-in time, I was informed that my room was not ready and was asked to simply hang around the premises. Shockingly, the room remained unavailable until 5:00 PM, a three-hour delay with no proper explanation, accommodation, or compensation offered by the staff. Throughout this ordeal, the hotel staff demonstrated a complete lack of helpfulness, friendliness, and basic customer service care, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused to me and my family.

The atmosphere felt peaceful and private, making it the perfect escape from the busy outside world 🍃🤍 The only issue was with my booking date—I accidentally booked for August 😭, which was three months later. I honestly thought everything was ruined, but the receptionist handled the situation with so much professionalism and kindness 🥹💓. He quickly helped rearrange new dates and even found another room for me without making the process stressful at all ✨ When night came, we went to the swimming pool , ordered some drinks 🍹, and requested a few Lana Del Rey songs 🎶. The bartender ended up playing the entire playlist for us, which made the atmosphere feel even more magical and relaxing 🌌💫 We spent the night swimming, listening to music, and simply enjoying the moment 🫶🏻.
