the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the room we stayed in was lovely and clean. me and my partner like walking and the hotel location was great, we went to the local market and explore around town and at night we went to pubstreet which was around 10-15min walk. pool was nice for an afternoon swim after a long visit at the temples.

It’s both luxurious and relaxed. The property is well maintained and the staff is extremely attentive, kind and helpful. With the large room, multiple pools, delicious food and the spa, it felt like you never had to leave. But the staff was so helpful in additionally arranging outings that suited our needs. We travel a lot and rarely feel like we would return to a place but this is on our “must come back” list.

Caroline and her staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This is truly a magical spot in the center of Siem Reap, close to everything, yet secluded. Caroline suggested and then organized amazing experiences for us from visiting the big temples to getting to know village life in Cambodia and going for a jungle bike ride looking for hidden temples. We left with amazing memories!

I needed a last minute booking for a clean, comfortable hotel with reliable fast wifi due to working remotely and The Palmery was perfect. I did not take any breakfast options, but there is a Khmer breakfast spot across the hotel which is very good. The staff was really nice and the location is just 10 min away from the center of Siem Reap.

Checked in late and the front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. My driver did not come on-time the second day and the front desk helped to call and offered alternative solutions. Breakfast was great and staff was very attentive. A big thanks to the whole hotel team. Last but not the least, the hotel location is perfect.

Really relaxed location. Most amazing hotel swimming pool, Olympic size actually swimmable and by the bedroom door. Also there’s a second pool for fun/families with a bar. And had fantastic Kymer massages at the wellness centre everyday. Breakfast lovely sitting outside in the gardens by the koi carp pond. Genuinely perfect and helpful staff. Also recommend the Cambodian dinner experience in there traditional house on site - wife’s a chef and she was impressed (usually impossible!)
