It's a new property in Kandy so I wanted to try it out and I have no regrets. It's located very close to KFC, Burger King and many other supermarkets and shops. We had a great time shopping around. Saminda is the manager and he was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Very homely vibes. Would definitely recommend to all travellers.

Fabulous location! Wonderful and very kind staff. My mother, who has mobility issues, was so well looked after. Perfect place to relax and unwind! And those amazing bird songs are to die for!

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He kindly allowed us to check in around 9:00 AM and even provided the room early without expecting any extra payment, which was greatly appreciated. The property itself is a beautiful, cozy vintage-style house that offers a unique and memorable experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was exceptional and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, this has been the best accommodation experience I’ve had so far. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we left three days later. Breakfast was delicious and the house is wonderful. The host has a friend who offers tuk-tuk tours - if you have a chance to go with him, you will love the experience.

The view is extraordinary, the hotel is a family business and they where very nice, supportive, gentle, awesome people.they offer English breakfast option which was also delicious 😋. I would stay there on every visit to Kandy.
