The hotel is a new one with really nice design and touch of luxury that can be felt in all corners. Owner and staff are all very welcoming making the experience feel like home. Have not tried all other Riads in Fes, but I am sure this one is the top one

The stunning architecture and decorations showcasing the best of Moroccan craftsmanship ! The professional and warm service (Huge thanks to Fatima-Zahra, Imane and all the team who made our stay very confortable). The hot tub in the room was awesome to relax after exploring the Medina. The palace is near one of the gates to the Medina which enables to leave the car in a secured public parking provided nearby and walk easily to explore the old town.

This property is such a breath of fresh air, what an incredible feeling to arrive to a 14th century Palace and be welcomed by a team that makes you feel like family. We had the Layla Suite which overlooks the entire Medina, the terrace is absolutely fantastic, Jihane, Samira, Hayat and Abdul have outstanding service, they took care of preparing a surprise for my husband’s birthday and made us so happy, they even organized our day with a guide and offered us freshly squire Ed juice every time they saw us We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was out of the world, WOW what an experience Thank you for making us so happy We will be back every year

She will also book for you abide if you need . They will ask you if and what you despair dinner and will make for you fresh. don’t count on them having an extra veggie luring around. They get from the market every day , the exact vogue they cock

To be precise, we loved everything. We've been consistently impressed by the level of hospitality in Morocco, but Andalous took it to a whole new level. We felt warmth and welcomed at every step of our Fes stay, thanks to the crew at Andalous led by Otman. Otman himself is incredibly industrious, paying careful attention to every detail and juggling billing, taking care of all his guests, and overseeing a grand New Year's party on his own. Our room was princely, and I had half a mind to spend the entire time in the giant rainfall shower. Thank you Dar Andalous - we promise to spend the majority of our time with you guys next time we're in Morocco.
