Everything in the hotel was fantastic, and personnel was great…However we had one not good experience, my husband got an allergic reaction during the breakfast, at the moment we asked for medication, they couldn’t offer an emergency kit neither offered to call medical service. We had to search it by ourselves even though every hotel is required to have a basic energency kit…

Perfect stay! You couldn't ask for more in Ohrid! Literally in the city center 3 minutes by foot to the lake, parking, amenities, cleaningness and most importantly a heart welcoming host who was always there for us with a kind and polite attitude! Best of the best!

The jakuzzi was great! They gave a bottle of liquid to make bubbles! Very relaxing. Everything worked, the staff was kind enough to keep our bags in the morning before the check in because we wanted to go to the boat ride in the lake before. The bed was really comfy 😊
