The staff was wonderul! And the place have such great view, more peaceful than around ferry ans only 15mins away from the ferry with awesome view on the way up the mountain to reach this place initially. Would rather stay here than around the ferry next time. Too bad we went too early to the ferry and miss the breakfast here at 7am, turnsout we can have breakfasy first then reach the ferry at about 8.30 to 9 is fine. Tho this is august 20-29 where the midnight sun is over. Best part is theres free parking at our room!

This is a bedroom with its own bathroom in the lower level of the house where the host lives. However, it's separated from the host bathroom, which is also located in the lower level, by just a door. I found that a bit odd. However, life works in wonderful ways. This proximity made possible for me to work remotely out of my host's room, an alternative that she offered when it was clear that the Internet service did not support my needs in the guest room. The host was attentive, friendly, and ready to help with my situation. This area IMHO is one of the most beautiful in the entire continent. The value of this property lies on its proximity to the fantastic hiking trails. The Hesten trailhead is one block away.

Love this property! Sooo cozy! Hot tub in the balcony is everything! The landlord is so nice! Everything was perfect! The only problem would be there’s only one toilet, but not a big deal with the views and everything!

The accommodation was cosy and spacious, there were lots of toys and games for our children. The kitchen cabinets were filled with what we needed. The view from the lounge was lovely and the nice fjords in the North of Senja not far away.
