The team at Mezova hotel, especially Şeymus (thank you!), is incredibly kind and attentive! The breakfast is wonderful, very delicious, and plenty. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the old town, in a beautifully restored old stone building.

When we arrived, there was some confusion about our specific request through booking.com that was not relayed to the hotel (how the rooms were to be split)…however, the hotel staff honored our request without any issues.

When you go to Urfa, stay at Arangah! Breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious every day, the staff were the most kind and super helpful (and Fethiye speaks excellent English and is a wonderful person, I am so lucky to have met her). My room was big and comfortable with beautiful carved wood furniture and a very comfortable bed with soft, cool sheets. The shower was very large too, plenty of hot water. The hotel is walkable to so many activities, mosques, restaurants, and shopping. I left my backpack in a taxi after I checked out and these amazing angels at the hotel got it back to me at the bus station, such kindness is the most heartwarming. The most amazing people in Turkey. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff were amazing. They took very good care of me even when other things were going wrong. My arrival was difficult because of things that happened before I got to the hotel. They took care of me by getting me food and they picked me up even when I was dropped off at the wrong place Without a charge. The staff were amazing.
