The friendly staff from all departments…front desk, bellman waiting staff etc. the front desk staff remembered and followed through … made you feel at home

The staff at NH Collection Crillón hotel was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very cozy, good breakfast. Best of all, the location - not too busy, relaxing surroundings with the park and lots of trees; easy access to everywhere. I already booked my stay for next January.

Cleanliness, location, friendliness of the staff

The breakfast was excellent, and the room, though compact, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the provided soap and shampoo were of good quality. The location is outstanding, with plenty of nearby restaurants, a great shopping avenue, and even a shopping center. You can also walk to Puerto Madero and explore some of the iconic spots in downtown Buenos Aires.

Location excellent for walking to craft and tourist venues. Local markets and shops friendly. Staff at hotel were attentive and friendly. Room was great. Clean, well cared for furnishings and mattress was very comfortable. Not hard or too soft!
