The best service ever! Pascal in F&B is top notch and first class. He made sure that we were happy with our meals and also suggested different places for us to visit. The team in the restaurant especially Gogo and Fema made our breakfast meals truly enjoyable.

The location, the buffet for breakfast, the facilities, the staff really great and helpful ( at reception, restaurant and cleaning crew).

Staff went above & beyong helping this guest with luggage hauling up and down stairs which I heard was most appreciated.

The restaurant on site was fabulous with great service, friendly staff and delicious meals. They really went the extra mile. I was super impressed with how wheelchair-friendly the building was.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel, the room was clean and very good size and the location is perfect. Special thank you to Sarah she was the absolute best !! She was super helpful, friendly and made my stay so comfortable always making sure I didn’t miss anything! Would definitely come back and recommend 100% !

Staff was super accommodating with my baggage drop, carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs, and letting me change out of my clothes after my arrival to access the room before it was ready. Everything was properly secured and placed inside my bedroom when I returned in the evening. The hotel is in a comfortable, quiet little spot that wasn't a difficult walk to anything and close enough to food spots to run out and come back.

Everything, comfortable. Clean . All the utilities needed. Amazing stay. Definitely tell everyone and I'll be back 😄

This was a great hotel, very close to everything in central Adelaide, the M Club King Room was luxurious and very comfortable. The room came with Lounge Access, which provided very good value and was comfortable.

The front desk staff came out to help with luggages. Very helpful as we were travelling with an infant

Super luxurious, amazing location right in the middle of the CBD a block away from Rundle Mall, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I would absolutely stay here again!
