The most iconic buildings of Baku.

The most iconic buildings of Baku. You won't have to bother much to see them - they are visible practically from every corner! - but it is worthwhile to take the Funicular (close to Deniz Mall) and reach the hilltop, wheree they are located. Nearby there is an interesting Memorial area, dedicated to the victims of the so called "Black January" (of 1990) when the Country started the process of independence from USSR.

The location was excellent, near all of the major attractions with a very short walk to the Old City and Nizami Street. The apartment was very large, well furnished, and had an excellent view of the Flame Towers. Our host was very helpful and responsive to questions and issues.

It had everything needed. In a perfect place in the old city. You could even see the flame towers from the window. Was sick in my first day in Baku and that was the most comfortable place to rest and recover The host was very responsive and helpful.

Honestly, you can’t beat this spot. We were literally a 3-minute walk from the Icherisheher metro and basically stepped out of the doors into the Old City. If you’re in Baku to see the sights like Maiden Tower or the Flame Towers, this is your base. One thing to note: there are about 20–25 steps you have to climb before you reach the elevator. The staff helped us with our heavy bags, which was a lifesaver, but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

The professionalism and politeness of the staff is exceptional. Though there is no much of a view (A partial view of the Flame towers can be seen in the terrace though) the beach can be accessible within one blocks away. The Baku eye, flag square is nearby by walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by the restaurants, supermarkets so no hassle at all.

Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything, so mich so that I'm planning on coming back again. They made me feel like I was at home. And it was cool to see a close-up view of the flame towers from the balcony where you could just sit and relax while drinking tea.

The location was perfect within walking distance to all sites 40 mins walk to the flame towers, then to park boulevard, caspian sesport going back to Maiden Towers then to fountain square in half day. The reception was so kind to accompany me when I arrived at midnight to where the Nizami st is, where to eat and to buy Sim Card so that the following day I know where to find all the things I need. Thanks so much

Hotel is very well located, by walk you can go Old city ( very near about 200m), other places also ( Flame towers, DenizMall, Funicular and Nizami street) can be go by walk. Recommend to go Qaynana restaurant near the hotel, nice places. Hotel workers are very supportive and know Russian. You can exchange your money right there and also get sim card from them.
