You cannot miss this place, also because it is very close either to the Caspian walkway, and the dynamic city center (Fountains Square etc). OK, do not expect Rome or Athens, the archeological site is very small, but on the other hand, it is perfectly integrated with the modern buildings and infrastructure.

Great location right next to the Maiden tower and the seaside boulevard. The staff is responsive, the apartment was clean. A small Minimarket is in the building but for more serious groceries you’ll probably have to walk a bit. All the basic facilities at the kitchen are available.

The location of this apartment is excellent (10/10). It is situated right at the entrance of the Old Town, with the Maiden Tower nearly next door. Everything you need is within walking distance. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the apartment stayed warm throughout the stay.

Honestly, you can’t beat this spot. We were literally a 3-minute walk from the Icherisheher metro and basically stepped out of the doors into the Old City. If you’re in Baku to see the sights like Maiden Tower or the Flame Towers, this is your base. One thing to note: there are about 20–25 steps you have to climb before you reach the elevator. The staff helped us with our heavy bags, which was a lifesaver, but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Great location. Easy to get to the main locations - Old city, Maiden tower, seaside etc. Right next to the National historical Museum. Lots of food points & shops in walking distance.
Open & helpful staff.
Bit hard to find. Keep in mind that hotel is in old building with no elevator.

The location was perfect within walking distance to all sites 40 mins walk to the flame towers, then to park boulevard, caspian sesport going back to Maiden Towers then to fountain square in half day. The reception was so kind to accompany me when I arrived at midnight to where the Nizami st is, where to eat and to buy Sim Card so that the following day I know where to find all the things I need.
