Absolutely loved staying at Baskuca. It was definitely worth the money. Relaxing, welcoming, and comfortable. My room had a balcony with a wonderful view. My favourite part, which I was pleasantly surprised by, was the FANTASTIC BREAKFAST. All in all a very nice experience!

I spent four nights in this hotel during my business trip to Sarajevo. My single room had an attached bathroom with a shower tub, there were slippers and a hair dryer, liquid soap and shower gel, everything was very clean, there was always hot water. My stay was in February, the room was warm. I noticed they also have A/C. There's TV and WiFi. The bed and the pillow were comfy and white linen was perfectly clean. I loved the location, it's a few hundred meters walking distance from the Sarajevo Town Hall (Vijećnica) and Baščaršija Old Town. They have free parking spots under video surveillance. There's a really nice bar just above the hotel with a wonderful panoramic view of Sarajevo. I will come back for sure. Well technically I liked everything, I know it is not enough for review, but I really have nothing to add. Everything was perfect. The view was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was helpful....

Bascarsija je na dohvat ruke , imate i hotelski parking ali uzmite u obzir da se placa 20e po danu ali vam je tako najsigurnije ipak i ne razmisljate o vozilu dok ste u hotelu. Dorucak je takodje odlican i ima svega da vam tesko moze nesta zahvaliti. Osoblje veoma ljubazno i profesionalno , definitivno preporuka za hotel.

The staff doesn't get any better than the staff at this hotel. The nighttime hotel receptionists were the most friendly ladies you will ever meet. They were super helpful and gave me great recommendations of the local area. The room was also big and nice with plenty of space. There were two lights for the bathroom, one was dim and awesome to use for the nighttime bathroom breaks without blinding me or waking me up.

Everything, Location right next to Bascarsija. New, big and beautiful rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Safe parking.

A wonderful place that feels like staying with family. The management team is exceptional—professional, accommodating, and always respectful. I changed my reservation multiple times, and they handled every request seamlessly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and close to everything. Highly recommended!

What an incredible stay. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel itself is stunning throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff are genuinely the nicest I have ever met in all my travels. They went above and beyond: I had to check out very early to continue my journey, and even though it was well before breakfast service, they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. That little touch summed up the whole experience. I couldn't recommend it more highly, and I'll absolutely be back.
