Beautiful, sleek, modern hotel centrally located that is sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable. Every single person who works there is kind, friendly and above all helpful. When their very popular restaurant was fully booked for dinner, the receptionists went out of their way to find us an alternative. Lovely hotel, highly recommend.

The staff was great and helpful, top location in the center of the city with great value. It was very clean as well.

Clean organized central and new

We spent only one night in Sofia and the location was perfect to walk around downtown. Decent size, clean and comfortable room. Various staff at the reception desk were all very friendly and helpful. We needed a parking spot for the night and they reserved in advance. We needed rest after a long drive and had a pleasant stay. We were able to see downtown on foot and have dinner nearby. Room was clean, quiet and provided the rest we needed.

The breakfast was the highlight. Outside by the pool, great fresh fruit and many many choices. Our hosts were adorable, lots of good advice for restaurants and things to do.

Modern, clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and sleek and what really sold me were the cotton pads! They really thought of everything, and I never would have expected this quality for this price! The location is fantastic and best of all, if you need to check in later like I did, the process is smooth and the reception desk features an app that lets you order yourself a taxi early next morning at the address, so you don’t have to worry yourself about making it to the airport

I LOVE this place!! I have stayed here now two times, and I will be back again and again!! This time, I had room ten, which is pretty big - it was just the right amount of space for me to spread out, to exercise, and to feel very comfortable!! Plus, I really liked the terrace!! Also, the fact that there was no elevator and I was on the top floor was excellent for my exercise; I really do not like elevators. Last year, I think I was only on the third floor. However, BY FAR the best part of this place is the staff - they are AWESOME!! You know how customer service and attitude can make all the difference? The friendliness of the staff completely MADE this stay for me!! Can’t say enough! I got to practice tons of Bulgarian, and they just pretended that mine wasn’t slow!

The hotel is a bit old but really great for the price. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are very big. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but if you need a spacious clean please in the city center, I would definitely recommend it.

Location, staff, quite good value

Central excellent location in the very center, but not loud during night and felt safe. Room was quite nice, spacious and clean and also with complimentary water, snacks, breakfast. Reception girl was quite welcoming and always upbeat when walking by the reception.
