the staff was very friendly and helpful, even offering to use theri personal accounts to order food when i wanted to order take out but couldnt due to resrtictions of not havind a id or adress there

Modern, cozy, excellent location, design and service

Increadible service, room and facility. Truely exceptional. My favorite hotel in Brasil. They make the bed twoce a day. The linens a.d pillows were exceptional. The tv was the biggest ive seen in a hotel room. The mini bar has 3 kinds of champagne. The rooftop restaurant had a dj, wagu beef, sushi, ceviche and tartare. I could live there.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the Sao Bras Market, newly renovated. The breakfast is delicious, Brazilian and fresh. The property is clean and the staff is very gracious and helpful. They are very patient and gracious with non-Portuguese speakers. Would stay again next time I am in beautiful Belém.

Very nice! We love the spacious rooms, the traditional architecture, the hot strong showers, the delicious breakfasts and the very delightful staff.

Perfect location for San Bras. My only complaint might be I couldn't charge breakfast or misc. to my room but had to pay for it cash each time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I always enjoy the breakfast at Ibis Budget.

The staff has to be mentioned first because they were absolutely amazing - super helpful, kind, generous, flexible and very responsive. English speaking staff available. The rooms were modest but very clean and secure. Great proximity to event site at COP30. Great value overall. Would absolutely come back.

The staff very welcoming and helpful, also the hotel very culturally thematic with paintings and artesian crafts.

Restaurant was really excellent, which was a surprise because kind of cafeteria like. Grateful for that because area not one to wander about after dark. Beds/rooms excellent. Big windows on to city life. Airline crews stay here.

Actually, the location of this hotel is very good. I also like the breakfast, the reception service, and the people who work there are very kind and professional.
