I loved the location of this accommodation. Everything was as pictured and described and it was comfortable. The bed was great, pillows were memory foam. AC, Wi-Fi and shower were great. Appliances pictured were available and worked well. Its location is right on the path that surrounds the Lake. Unfortunately view from hotel is a little limited but a short walk away it is possible to see a great sunset over the Igreja de St Francis of Assissi. Also FYI, the city bus to the bus station and beyond leaves from 2 blocks away. Unfortunately it takes about an hour but its air conditioned.

Location is nice, in front of the Pampulha lake, so the views are nice and you can go for an exercise around the lake in the morning or late afternoon. Staff was friendly and assisted with most of the needs I had during my stay.

I loved that the property was well maintained and well cared by the staff. Also, I loved the friendly-ness of the staff bringing in a ‘Stay at home’ feeling. Without a single doubt I’d would say this is one of the best hotel if you are looking for a cheap room around the city.

I loved everything! It was practically perfect! This was my second time at the hotel The staff are so awesome and nice, I loved meeting them and I shall miss them quite a lot! Loved the breakfast, didn't skip once. Super pleased with the location as well - you have to go and take a stroll around the lake! The space on the top floor is so relaxing, the pool is clean and beautiful!
