Great location! The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very quiet, with comfy beds and a great shower. There was a good breakfast and a very friendly staff. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Av. Paulista. The pool was on maintenance, so I couldn't check the other facilities.

Location, several choices for food, from simples to exquisite, all sorts of shopping options, and in a good safe area

The hotel is amazing. I booked a room with two single beds. The beds are excellent, as are the blankets, sheets, pillows—everything. The room is extremely cozy. The bathroom is also excellent, very spacious and with a mirror. The hotel has a gym for those who enjoy weight training. There is a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast was delicious. La Residence is very close to Avenida Paulista and easy to access. There is valet parking available (paid separately). Great experience. 1000/10!

It's a few blocks away from Avenida Paulista. The apartment was big, clean and lots of lights coming from outside.

We were received and the room was dirty, they assigned the room to other people and entered our room, terrible experience, I have never in my life had such a bad experience with accommodation.

Location is excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Very clean. The bar is 24h and has good options. Staff is courteous. Very safe.
