My reservation could not be located when I arrived so I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite! I was so overwhelmed! I got lost with all the rooms in this suite. Ten rooms I counted! Thank you for making the most memorable Graduation/ Mother's Day EVER!!!!!

My mom and I traveled to Ottawa for leisure and had a great time. The location of the DoubleTree was perfect. It was right in downtown. The staff was super helpful and told us exactly how to figure out parking, which was super easy and convenient. The location was great, it was an easy and quick walk to multiple popular sites. We had a great stay!

The location is central, walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms are very chic and very clean. Despite the problem with booking.com reservation, the hotel fix our problem and accomodate us. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel that you go to a friend, not to a hotel. Lovely big room, we received an upgrade to a room with a terrace. Having washing machine and dryer were handy, and a functional kitchen.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre is a lovely modern hotel in good location and we had a good stay here while in the area to see family.

Was only there for one night was left wishing I was staying longer
