The design of the hotel and of the room was fun, unusual and overall esthetically pleasing. If you like old timey, colorful vibes with rotary dial phones - this is the place for you!
The staff were great as well! From the warm welcome from Myles to very helpful Amanda (she highlighted everything on the map for us and answered every question) to Ki (sorry if I got the name wrong) being so nice and getting the fire going outside for us.

Location was great - could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Tonquin beach was walkable and Cox beach and Long beach were quick drives. It was clean. The price was amazing!

We love it here. We try to go at least once a year. This is our 6th time in Tofino and our third time at the long beach lodge. And we will only go to the long beach lodge from now on. You couldn't ask for a better location. And the restaurant has the best food and drinks.

It poured, but Tofino and area are beautiful no matter the weather! Less people on trails and beaches. Had a great breakfast and view at Long Beach Lodge and view and dinner at the Shelter. Motel is nothing fancy but has comfy accommodations, a nice harbour view and well situated to check out the town. Clean and staff are great. Great value for $

We liked the location, good restaurant nearby that was walking distance and was open in the evening (we were there in January). We had a lovely beach walk on nearby Long Beach one day, it was spectacular.

Great location on the beach with 2 battery powered Electric car chargers. Note all public beaches now charge $3 per hour to park - long beach federal park charges $22 per car load.

The Long Beach Lodge is a wonderful resort right on the beach. The rooms are lovely, very cozy and spacious. We enjoyed the excellent cuisine in the beautiful dining room.
