Great location for the concert, lots of things to see in the down town.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful answering questions and calling taxis. I liked the Oilers jerseys on game day

The location is excellent. The hotel is close to the restaurants and shops. The hotel is easily accessible to the public transportation.

Staff was exceptional at the lobby and also staff from The Chop.

This was our first trip to Edmonton. The hotel was magnificent, with a very friendly staff. Dining in the Hotel's Harvest Room Restaurant was special. Things we did in Edmonton included seeing a concert performed by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, a trip to the Edmonton Valley Zoo and the Muttart Conservatory.

Excellent location with lots of food options nearby including a large grocery store. The room offered enough space to host visitors and had everything necessary to prepare my own meals if desired. Nice bathtub as well!

The location of the hotel is great, everything is close by. even in the evening, there is somewhere to walk and eat. The room was comfortable, but I had something buzzing under my window all night, and there were no earplugs on the bedside table. The box was empty. I did not rest at all and it upset me a lot.

Our stay was great as always. This location does not have a breakfast option and that would be very nice if in the future it is offered. Location is great. Parking is convenient. Staff is super professional and friendly. Property is very clean. This is pet friendly hotel. Great for the value.
