This was our first trip to Edmonton. The hotel was magnificent, with a very friendly staff. Dining in the Hotel's Harvest Room Restaurant was special. Things we did in Edmonton included seeing a concert performed by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, a trip to the Edmonton Valley Zoo and the Muttart Conservatory.

The location is excellent. The hotel is close to the restaurants and shops. The hotel is easily accessible to the public transportation.

The staff were absolutely the best, they accommodated my request for a birthday amenity for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. Location was great too as it's very close to everything

Excellent location with lots of food options nearby including a large grocery store. The room offered enough space to host visitors and had everything necessary to prepare my own meals if desired. Nice bathtub as well!

The location of the hotel is great, everything is close by. even in the evening, there is somewhere to walk and eat. The room was comfortable, but I had something buzzing under my window all night, and there were no earplugs on the bedside table. The box was empty. I did not rest at all and it upset me a lot.

Across the street from my medical appointment. Clean room, comfortable bed with the option of some walk in showers to accommodate mobility challenges. Friendly, accommodating staff.
