Hotels near Sparks Street Mall, Ottawa

My reservation could not be located when I arrived so I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite! I was so overwhelmed! I got lost with all the rooms in this suite. Ten rooms I counted! Thank you for making the most memorable Graduation/ Mother's Day EVER!!!!!

The hotel was very conveniently located in the central area, surrounded by good restaurants and cafés. The reception staff were welcoming and accommodating.

The location is central, walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms are very chic and very clean. Despite the problem with booking.com reservation, the hotel fix our problem and accomodate us. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel that you go to a friend, not to a hotel. Thank you very much! you are the best!

Studio with kitchen facilities at a convenient location

My mom and I traveled to Ottawa for leisure and had a great time. The location of the DoubleTree was perfect. It was right in downtown. The staff was super helpful and told us exactly how to figure out parking, which was super easy and convenient. The location was great, it was an easy and quick walk to multiple popular sites. We had a great stay!

Great location , excellent customer service at check in ! Lola was simply amazing , sweet , very informative! Same with the young gentleman who was with her at front desk , they both gave us plenty of recommendations, they were very professional and helpful with all our questions ! Excellent customer service!

Great location and nice sized rooms with balconies… don’t see that often in hotels any more.

Lovely big room, we received an upgrade to a room with a terrace. Having washing machine and dryer were handy, and a functional kitchen.

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive and the room was nice and clean, with such a spacious balcony! Breakfast and the breakfast room was also super nice.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre is a lovely modern hotel in good location and we had a good stay here while in the area to see family.
