Location, view, appartment size & sauna!

It was a little tricky to find where to check in and how to get into the house, but eventually we did it. :) It was a clean spacious room with a very good bathroom, nice beds. There was also a good restaurant at the Kreuz hotel nearby.

Comfortable, private and very silent. Great night sleep for a challenging skiing day the day after.

Everything was perfect specially the balcony with the mountain view and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

This small hotel feels very cosy, and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent - near to the train station but very quiet. Very nice mountain view from the balcony. I specially enjoyed the kitchenette in the room.

Staff is exceptionally friendly, and replying quickly on the requests/questions before arrival and during stay. Cosy and clean location. Special thanks for fragrance sticks aroma)) It was the first time staying with the toddler in the mountains, and it was definitely worth it.

The place was nice and quiet. The view from the balcony was spectacular.

This hotel was located in the heart of Sarnen and it was one of the best hotels I’ve booked in Switzerland. The reason is because of the following: the location is only 20 minutes from the city centre of Lucerne. also, the hotel provides free parking and 24 hour self check-in. The staff were absolutely amazing and they helped me with everything I needed. Breakfast was so delicious. There were a supermarket close and two restaurants as well. Lake Sarnen is only 500meters away with a breathtaking views and seating area. If you have kids there is a small place with fun activities for free near the lake as well. There are electric car charging stations if you are interested. I booked the junior suite and it was spacious. Totally recommend this one!

The breakfast was a nice spread with breads, cheeses, muesli, cold cuts, coffee, fruit, etc.
