It was better than on the photos. Nice room, high ceiling, comfortable bed, spacious room. Walking distance from the train station. We stayed one night. Will stay again. It was good money value especially considering the prices in the hotels around.

We had such a great experience at this hotel in Geneva! It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and has a modern, stylish vibe throughout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel truly valued. As Genius Members, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade — which came with a lovely view. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also appreciated that they emailed us the Geneva Guest Pass in advance, which made getting around even easier. Thoughtful touches like this really stood out. Highly recommend this place, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying again!

The hotel was brilliantly situated, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafe's and chocolate! It was all done via tech, so we didn't come across any staff - so the above question/answer is purely in reference to that.

Spacious clean and bright rooms. Very comfy bed. Very modern. To our surprise even the pizza from the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Super friendly staff. Will absolutely return.

The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, exceptionally clean, quiet and the air con worked. Breakfast was also really lovely.
