Good location, very nice and helpful staff, breakfast was ok despite the reviews, they even had coffee machine. It is not superb but according to the value for money. The hotel looks like an old building, has flowers and greenery, swimming pool, table tennis. Wi-fi was ok for social media, didn't use it for different thing.

From the moment we arrived we felt completely at ease. Checking in was smooth and efficient, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout our stay.  The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped: air–conditioning, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed made it a perfect place to relax. The bathroom had modern amenities and everything felt fresh and well-maintained.  Each morning the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, from fresh fruit and pastries to warm dishes, ideal for starting the day right.  What made the stay extra pleasant was the hotel’s facilities: a pool, free on-site parking, and even an airport shuttle.  Finally, the location is great, easy access whether you need to get around Abidjan or head to the airport.

The receptionists were nice, helpful, and professional. especially the chief of restaurant. The young man is awesome, cool, and respectful. I wish come back one day

I liked that the staff eventually warmed up to us because initial engagement was not good at all. The securities were super kind and helpful better than the receiving people. That was very nice and assuring security big up to both securities at Bethany
