An absolute gem of a hotel with a gorgeous lobby, a luxurious feel, an amazing staff that are extremely respectful and go above and beyond, pristine, clean rooms, out of this world facilities, including 20 metre lap, pool for swimmers, a gym, an outstanding breakfast with an array of different choices… What more can I say? The hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room on the top floor. My view was amazing. Miss Sandra, the manager was just fantastic. She made sure that I had everything I needed. Silvanna .at the reception was absolutely amazing as well. The location is perfect, anything you may need is available. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel and will stay there in my next visit to Bogotá.

All of the staff were very polite and professional. It helped us to relax and enjoy our stay at your hotel. We had appointment which we’re going to call my wife and son to miss breakfast. But the staff went out of their way to help prepare and package food for them to eat when they return to the hotel. This was an outstanding Experience.
