Fantastic location close to all the action around Lleras Park, but tucked away enough in a more peaceful side street. Staff fantastic, from reception to restaurant to security personnel to cleaning staff. The rooftop bar/restaurant is great also, good food and cocktails, and spectacular views of the city. Never tried the breakfast buffet at the restaurant because 10 o'clock cut off time is too early for me on vacation lol. I did have food at the restaurant which was great, service good also. I stayed there 3 times in one trip as I hopped around the country, tried 3 different room types, all were top notch. My main 2 problems I have often in Colombia 1. Slow hot water in shower 2. Bed hard as rock... Were not a problem here, bed was comfy and shower water hot almost instantly. The little amenities in room were a nice touch.. Such as - Coffee machine and kettle with herb teas and coffee supplied. Iron in room didn't have to ask for one. 2 complimentary bottles of water. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the mini bar... Excellent touch. Hotel Internet was great too, a necessity for me

I had an excellent stay at Poblado Guesthouse. The place was very clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of the market with everything close by and easy to access. A special thanks to Santiago, who was extremely helpful and kind. He even allowed me to keep my bags safely before check-in, which made things so much easier for me. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff here are above and beyond. You can tell they have a great working culture from the top down and are happy to be working here. This made the place even nicer to be at!!
