Great staff, easy access, breakfast included, excellent location

The size of the room, the absence of noise, cleanliness, the friendly staff, the view. The hotel provided exactly what I requested, high floor and very quiet room. The neighborhood is safe to walk around, lots of restaurants, but nowadays Bogota requires more care than a few years ago, wherever you are. We left very early so no time for breakfast. The hotel can arrange a taxi for the airport, which is safer than taking a yellow one, and the cost is not much greater, so well worth it. We will gladly return in the future.

Location, breakfast and staff

Step off the street and into an oasis of beauty and comfort where it feels like a family home but is run like a professional hotel. It's a three minute walk to some great restaurants and just a short drive from Candaleria. The rooms are spacious and, as others have noted, the water pressure in the shower is indeed exceptional.

Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and felt safe. Staff were incredibly friendly. They always went out of their way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier.

It is a gorgeous hotel with attention to detail in every aspect. Breakfast was an event daily with beautiful table setting and amazing food. We were the only 2 guests and the staff could not be more attentive.

The location is pretty much ok and the staff especially the lady at the desk was really kind.

It’s a cozy small hotel, everything looks clean and new. Also, it has really soft and comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast included. The attention of the personnel was delightful. Both the receptionist and the housekeeper were super friendly and willing to help with any guest needs.
