The hotel is pretty, the room was large, the beds were comfortable, I liked the view. The elevator is clean. We bough breakfast buffet and it was delicious. We also used the pool which was warm and I liked the design of the pool area. They also offered me taxi service from and to airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude really made the experience feel welcoming and personal. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. My room was spotless every day, and all the common areas were very well maintained. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. The comfort was another highlight of my stay. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel relaxed and at home. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service. I would happily stay here again in the future.

The staff was super friendly and helping, the hostal is very clean and safe. The location is perfect to go walking around 7th street, the historic downtown and Monserrate.

The location is very convenient, it was near restaurants, bakery, pharmacies, easy access to uber and in drive services because of its location.

The room I was given barely fitted a bed and had no windows. I had to pay extra for a better room. Location just borders being OK with a tough neighbourhood if you go the wrong way. On the main road so despite an attempt with double glazing, still noisy. It was cheap though and the staff were very nice. Brought me an extra blanket. Rooms tiny but functional and clean.
