Perfect location, easy to take public transportation anywhere within or even outside of Berlin. Also easy to reach from airport. Clean and comfy room. Loved the breakfast - it had everything you could want included. Very helpful and kind staff, reacted fast when we needed help.

The hotel is in a great place close to a lot of attractions walking or taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Faiza :) she’s a star. Thank you.

The room was extremely cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the coffee pods and other ammenities on site. Opening the door through the app was very cool and easy to use. The suites were within walking distance of public transport and the Alexa mall.

The hotel is easily accessible from the station. You have buses and trams on the nearby street, ready to take you to all parts of the city. Shops are within walking distance. The rooms are small and basic, but you have everything you need to stay and sleep. If you plan to spend your time indoors, note that it can be a bit claustrophobic. Decent value considering Berlin’s prices.

Everything! The location was perfect — close to Alexanderplatz, which is a central square surrounded by shops, cafés, and with easy access to other attractions. The hotel itself was lovely: the room was a bit small but very cozy, with air conditioning, a clean bathroom, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet both at night and in the morning. The staff were very supportive and friendly. They also kept our luggage safely in a separate room before check-in and after check-out free of charge, which was really convenient. The lobby area and terrace were beautifully designed and very pleasant to spend time in.

The room was spacious and included a balcony that overlooked the city. Location was excellent - while we had train tickets, we often went by foot as everything was so close. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The air conditioning was excellent.

A nice hotel near Alexanderplatz. I particularly liked that there is a place for the suitcase right next to the entry: you don't have to carry it across the room or stumble over it when entering or exiting the room. It is quite rare in the hotels from my experience.

Hotel was both close to the center and was in a silent area. It was very close to the metro station, made transportation super easy. It was cosy, clean, silent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Breakfast earned every penny and more.
