Brilliant hotel. Spa and pool are incredible. Rooms spacious and comfortable - just what you need when visiting Aachen in a cold January to see the Palatine Chapel. Very strongly recommended!!

Amazingly hospitable and excellent food

Great location, easy to access on foot or by bus from either Main or West train station. If you like to take a hike, you have paths to climb Lousberg (hill with the same name as the hotel).

Exceptional rooms, super clean, and wonderful staff. We had dogs, and asked for rooms close to outdoors, near to each other, and near end-hall to limit noise. They upgraded us to beautiful suite with outdoor space and great privacy. Outstanding property and service!!!

The location was great. The room was very clean and big , The bed was very comfortable, And the walls very thick. I would definitely recommend this stay!

The hotel is in a great location and within an easy walk to the main train station and the old city. The room was very clean and nicely appointed with tea available. The staff was very friendly, and also made sure to have the breakfast ready for us in time to catch our train. We are very happy with our stay there.

Great location with a spacious room. Kids loved the bunk beds (with integrated reading lights). Fully automated check-in process; we didn't speak with any staff while there.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel was very clean. It’s located right in the center, but still very quiet to sleep. There is a free mini bar with soda’s and chocolate snacks, nice towels and a bathrobe and slippers for the sauna. The bed was also comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Location is good since it is very close to CHIO Acchen and stores and mall. Not sure how safe is the neiborhood. It did not feel that safe.

The room, bath and breakfast were well prepared. The food for the breakfast was very good and the support of the staff was great.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The hotel was conveniently located near attractions, shopping center and public transport. The surroundings were peaceful and safe. Special perks like complimentary drinks, and food like candies, drinks, cookies, etc..

It is located just in the heart of the old town, surrounded by historical places and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Monika for her warm welcoming and making our stay joyful.
