Can't get better for convenience to Messe Essen. Friendly staff. Large, clean rooms.

I liked the rooms, they are fancy and clean. I liked the easy check in.

Really delicious breakfast buffet - not the largest, but the quality was super. Nice breakfast room, quickly attended to by the staff. The swimming pool is large, clean, and nicely organized for towels (available, no hassle). Good, small sized work out room and two clean and super hot saunas. Friendly check in. Friendly bar service, decent food. Room was clean and spacious, as we booked a superior double room....was worth the extra. Coffee / 1 beer / 1 wine / nuts / 2 bottles of water, and 2x juice included. Parking was a very reasonable 6 euros per day. We had a car, but there is a bus stop at the end of the parking lot. Nothing was a hassle....everything went smoothly.

The location was great for my needs. The room was small, but well organized. The bath and toiled were clean, with everything needed. The bed was OK. Street view, but quiet room. A lot of natural light via the windows

The room was clean and spacious; everything was new and of good quality. Quiet, comfy bed, big hot shower, great towels... Perfect for a short stay. The self-service arrangement worked great, from keyless entry to free hot drinks and a honor-system snack bar. The location was excellent, in walking distance of Messe Essen. There is a large supermarket open late just a block away, and plenty of restaurants.

Very pleasant and friendly reception

Located in a quiert street, 2 min. walk from U-bahn is perfect. Breakfast is a buffet with a large selection to choose from, so I didn't miss anything. Room has nice comfy beds, TV and toilet/shower.,

Room: Good size, and decent sized bathroom and shower. Big radiator by the window was good and heated quietly.

The room is really comfortable, especially the beds! I really appreciated the complementary toothpaste and the toothbrush, as I happened to had forgotten mine. Breakfast is also great! There are several standard choices, all really tasty and fresh.

The desk staff was super welcoming and had a great attitude (shout out to Greta!). The room was bigger than I imagined, and the bed was probably the most comfortable one I had ever tried in any hotel. The connection to the train station was great (one metro stop and 2 minute walk to the hotel), and only a 10 EUR Uber ride at night. The breakfast was also very good, not huge but varied and of good quality. Overall I was very impressed about the overall experience and how little we paid. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay here and the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating to us when we needed a place to stay at the last minute due to our other reservation not working out. The family room worked perfectly for us and everything was very clean and we got a great nights sleep. Anwar at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
