A full service hotel. 24 hour reception. Has a historic decore in a large and comfortable lobby. There was someone to help me take my bag to my room. Reserved a taxi early in the morning to take me to the airport. The taxi arrived 7 minutes early. An exceptional breakfast buffet for 27€. The selection was excellent and left me fueled and ready to go all day. Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Small room, but I am a solo traveler, so it was enough for me. Cost a bit more than the normal budget tourist hotels, but the extra money was worth the amenities. Walk out of the south exit of the central Munich train station, cross the street and you are there.

This is the second time I stay in your Hotel and my son stayed there 2 times and I always recommend it to my friends and family members because of soooooo many good things. I had a fantastic stay at Smart Stay Station Hotel! Everything was perfect—the rooms were comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out, which made exploring the city so much easier. They were also very polite and went above and beyond, offering free water and hot coffee, which was a nice touch. I’d highly recommend this hotel to everyone! It’s also super close to the hop-on, hop-off bus, making it easy to see all the city’s sights. Would definitely stay here again!

I was surprised with how spacious their room is. The place was clean and comfortable and they have a laundry service which I so love! They have a free drink as well. Breakfast is a great value. Felt safe in this hotel as you need your key card to access the floor where your room is. Worth the money.

We only stayed one night at Hotel Bayer's, but it was a great experience. The hotel is located directly across from Munich's main train station, making it incredibly convenient, especially for easy access to the airport. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which was perfect for a short visit. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very quiet, ideal for a restful night after a day of travel. Also every hotel staff we interacted with was super friendly and kind, which made our brief stay even more enjoyable. We hope the team enjoyed the Tim Tam biscuits we left at reception as a small thank you :) Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Munich

It’s in a great location especially if you are traveling by train. The rooms are awesome, the included breakfast was great and all the staff were super friendly.

Super convenient stay! The hotel is literally right beside the München HB, which made getting around so easy—especially with luggage. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. Elaine at reception—she was very warm, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome.

I did a check-in around 5PM the service was top. I was able to retrieve an invoice.

Room was small but modern with fridge, air conditioning, and coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was fine.

The location was close to the main train station, the breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean , and they had fresh orchids on the breakfast tables and birds of paradise plants throughout the hotel. There was also free parking.
