Perfect location to explore the city, beautifully designed room. It was absolutely quiet once we closed the windows. Staff was also very friendly.

Better than we expected. Updated interior and furniture. The location is perfect, 5-10 minutes to Dom and Hbf. Room was super clean, and quite large for 3 of us. Heater and water was good. Internet was super fast. Elevator run well. And the hotel manager/owner was very friendly to us. Very happy to stay here and we are recommend this hotel for famili stay or leisure stay.

Very close to the main train station and the cathedral. Our room was very spacious, bigger than anything we’ve experienced in Europe. Shower was awesome, had a very good blow dryer, bed was great and comfortable. Room was warm and cozy, and silent to really rest after a day of lots of walking around. I did not have breakfast there but there are great options close by. Staff was really nice and welcoming. I was able to leave our luggage prior to check-in and also after check-out as our train was a little bit later.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The location was Central to every single thing we wanted to go to so we were able to walk.

Great location, outstanding staff

What a charming little gem—far exceeded my expectations. You enter directly into a magical bar and restaurant that feels original, even if likely restored. Room 17 is glorious, from the view to the art. There is a duvet under the bedspread. I skipped the treats at the market to return for a meal in that cozy restaurant. The beef goulash was rich and warming, and they made me the best plate of vegetables I’ve had anywhere.

The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Amazing hospitality and service

This location is really brilliant. Heinzels Wintermärchen is right outside the door & the H stop for the hoilday train is in the immediate vicinity as well. Cozy room with tall ceilings and street facing windows which opened to allow in the Christmas music. Very clean, with a mini frig, comfortable bed & nice ensuite bath. Easy 8 minute walk (with a roller bag) from the train station and Cathedral. There is a highly rated restaurant on-site that smelled fantastic, but I didn't get a chance to try it. I would stay in this accommodation again on future visits & found the value in the rate.
