The location is a walking distance from train station and city center. The room is quite big and nice view from 9th floor.

Fantastic location 3 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof (central train station). Impeccably clean. High quality good smelling clean sheets and comforters. Kind reception.. Excellent WiFi. Good tv with English channels. This hotel is a good value for the money in an expensive city. Reserve with confidence, you won't get disappointed.

Brilliant service, great location

Big hotel with lots of guests my first night. My room is next to the elevator, and I couldn't hear anything either from the guests or the lift. The best soundproofing I have come across. So my sleep was deep and dreamy. Enough about that. My room is basic with a big bed and a bunk. Tv and mirrors and hangers. Hot water showers. A view over the rail yards and noisy highway down below my window. (I have the window open). People on reception are nice. Breakfast is so so.

The room has big up space so feeling like live in a huge room although the actual footage is normal. The hotel is 300m from central station and 1.5mil from city hall, making it very convenient.

I have been a guest here over the decades and it's always a pleasure to come back however cleaning could've been a bit better but you know sometimes since going the way they go because of staff which needs to be adjusted and seems like that who cares I've had a wonderful time and I got fresh towels when I ask for and that's all what matters. I really don't want to recommend this hotel to people without any humor or who need a television or who are allergic to erotic environments

This was a fantastic room close to the railway station, yet quite as an empty church. Very friendly and helpful staff who accommodated our needs and requests happily. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend the night on our day in Hamburg with all our luggage.
