Bed was good, shower was good, staff was nice

The room was very comfortable and clean.

The entire place looks amazing. The lobby is chic and the overall atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The room is big enough for 2 people, the bathroom quite large and well equipt. We also had a free minibar, splippers and toilletries. I highly recommend this place.

I mean it speaks for itself. The rooms were excellent and incredibly comfortable the breakfast tasted very good and overall it was amazing value for money.

Not far from Nauen subway station, super friendly stuff, comfy beds, sheets changed daily, generally very clean; maybe not the best neighborhood but it was generally quiet and peaceful, 15 min to Zoologischer Garden by U9, Wedding S-Bahn within a walking distance app 15 min, would definitely visit again.

The apartment was really nice, cozy and clean. Modern design, very well equipped. Easy access to the public transport. I recommend it. This place made our stay more pleasurable.

Mukul and entire reception team was very kind and helpful and Sara was also very sweet

We liked the fact, that there was practically no staff. We could enter all hotel and room doors via a website-key and sould also park our car at the inside parking. Breakfast was very nice.

Loved the breakfast! The room was big enough, the location was great since it was close to trains/metro, the staff was super nice! They even let us leave our bags with them after check out, so we could go around Berlin without dragging all our stuff around. All in all it was a perfect stay.

The hotel has an excellent location! It's close to the metro, railway, and bus stops, with many dining options and a shopping center nearby. Overall, it's a fantastic spot. The rooms are clean, and the staff is always ready to help. Lizzy at the reception stands out with her exceptional attention and care.

Room was the best I ever stayed

We traveled with our dog and when we arrived to the room, there were bowls prepared for her and a treat! They also have a sign Dog alone in room, which you can put on the door for the housekeeping to know! I absolutely loved it! The best dog friendly experience in a hotel so far!

Everything was just perfect … I have been coming to this particular hotel for the past 5 or so years and it never disappoints .. looking forward to many more years to Come

The room is well equipped (fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery), clean, we could adjust the heating and it was quite warm, the floor is made of wood, which has a romantic atmosphere. Overall, it's cute and pretty. Good traffic.

The venue is super dog friendly! My dog had a comfy bed a two bowls waiting for her, we didn’t even need to ask :)

The room was spacious and clean. It was quite and close to Tram and Train stations, which is ideal to explore Berlin. The personnel was polite and very helpful to any of our requests. I don't have an opinion on Breakfast or any other meal since we didn't have any.

It is very clean, quiet neighborhood , not a bad walking distance from Berlin Hbf, about 15 mins.
