The location is excellent, in the room there was a mini refrigerator where we could keep our beverages cool and an electric kettle for making coffee which is also great. The also have coffee machines with excellent coffee an the staff is always friendly an helpful

Clean room, comfortable bed,nice size tv with you tube access. Spacious bathroom. Perfect location. Our fridge wasn't working and they replaced it the next day, good customer service.

Clean, very accessible and close to city center. Very near a train station and quite close to Berlin HBF. There were attractions that were very near.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and well equipped. They also provided excellent assistance regarding the city and transportation

Genuinely the most comfortable bed I've sleep in for years! Blackout blinds were amazing. Good coffee facilities. Shower was great. Would thoroughly recommend this place, would definitely stay again. Lots of nice bars and restaurants right by this hotel too. Looked after our luggage when we went exploring and also before we could check in. Really quiet room.

The hotel offered an outstanding experience, with excellent service and a prime location on Potsdamer Platz, putting everything within easy reach. The breakfast was superb, with an impressive variety of options to satisfy any preference, and the rooms were spacious, functional, and designed with a clean, Scandinavian aesthetic that added to the overall comfort. Having a metro station within the building and a store next door made the stay even more convenient, while the surrounding restaurants provided endless dining choices. Altogether, it was a perfect blend of style, convenience, and thoughtful details.

We liked the location as major attractions and city center were close to be reached by walking. You will have their Charlie Point, Museums, Big Bus stop and 30 minutes of nice walk to the city center. The room was amazing.

Large, very spacious apartments. Incredibly helpful staff. Great location right in the center of Berlin. Very close to a wonderful Bavarian restaurant, grocery store, metro station, Checkpoint Charlie, and Unter den Linden street.
