Clean and the price for me was the highlight cos I booked July instead of June by mistake But was accepted with no extra charges

The breakfast was excellent - just remember to reserve a table before you arrive. We stayed in a corner suite, which offered plenty of space for three guests. The interior design is thoughtfully executed throughout. During our stay, we used both the metro and buses, but we also appreciated that there were usually taxis available at a taxi stand right outside the hotel.

Lush, sexy, beautiful and luxurious

Good value for the price. Location made for a great starting point for our travels. Parking was conveniently located in a parking garage below the hotel. City transit was really close, and easy to navigate.

My stay at St.-Michaels-Heim was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and tranquil, set in a peaceful location, yet still convenient for exploring Berlin. The staff, especially Ms. Sabine Trautschold at reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and swift resolution of a small issue during my stay were truly remarkable. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated her professionalism and genuine kindness. She made my experience unforgettable! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was one of relaxation and comfort. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute, from the quiet surroundings to the lovely conversations I had with the staff. It felt like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend St.-Michaels-Heim to anyone visiting Berlin. The exceptional service, beautiful setting, and warm staff make it a standout hotel. Without hesitation, I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Berlin!

Clean place and friendly staff

Like everything in the property. Staffs were so nice and very supportive. Hotel location is very good, just a few minutes to train station. Room is spacious and good enough for couple. Very worth for money.

I had a great stay. The room was spotless and well-kept, which made it easy to relax after a day out. For the price, it’s excellent value, just simple and comfortable. The location is super convenient: the tram stop is just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a clean, well-located, and budget-friendly choice that I’d happily book again.

The hotel is small, but comfortable and got friendly stuff.

Hotel: Very clean with stable Wi-Fi, smooth and quick check-in/out, and reception coffee available even without breakfast booking. Availability to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out with no extra fees. Room: Super clean, quiet, and excellently air-conditioned. Location: Great access to public transport, especially the U-Bahn. Staff: Incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly.

It was a charming small older hotel. The people there were super friendly and caring. They would bend over backwards to accommodate your wishes. The two sisters who managed the hotel were the nicest people ever. You would love to have them as your friends. The garden is sweet and you can have your breakfast there, which by the way is outstanding, or in the charming breakfast room with period furniture and gold rimmed dishes. You can also have a glass of wine in the garden in the evening. The location is great, you can easily access public transportation but the hotel is on a quiet street and you can leave your windows open at night. I had a wonderful stay and loved it, especially the people there!

While this hotel is off the beaten path, it is highly accessible to the subway if you need to get to anywhere in Berlin. The benefits of the location in a quiet neighborhood with trees and birds outweigh any potential inconvenience. Plus the best Sichuan food I have eaten in decades is only a block aeay.

History and the fantastic breakfast.

The room was nice and clean, right between two u-bahn stops and within reasonable walking distance of an Aldi, bio market and plenty other shops. Since we stayed for 4 days, they changed the sheets (though it didn't really look like it--my friend made the beds before going out and they looked almost exactly the same upon our return) and gave us fresh towels after the second day. Everything was pretty on par with the pictures. Check in was quick and painless, and check out took less than a minute. Love that there are 2 elevators.

Small hotel built into a former villa. It was the perfect location at a great price for my specific needs. Daily breakfast was a welcome start to the day. The high ceilings made my modest room feel spacious and even a bit luxurious. The owner was very friendly as was staff.
