Firstly the staff was very helpful and great! All parts of hotel were excellent. Room was very modern, clean and comfort. We’ve used washroom for ironing. And after check out we need luggage storage for 6 hours. Hotel had the service for storage, even free. Summarize everything was great!

Perfect location, easy to take public transportation anywhere within or even outside of Berlin. Also easy to reach from airport. Clean and comfy room. Loved the breakfast - it had everything you could want included. Very helpful and kind staff, reacted fast when we needed help.

The room was a nice size and came with a balcony overlooking the interior garden. It was a very quite and green atmosphere outside. Breakfast was a standard cold breakfast buffet. The staff were very accommodating and made a big effort to give us a room that met our needs. An overall good experience.

Came here for Rauw Alejandro’s concert and they were playing his songs in the lobby, I really liked that! :) The staff was really nice, the room was clean.

I am completely satisfied with the hotel! The room was clean and bright, the breakfast was delicious. The ground-floor location was ideal for traveling with my pet and my requested parking spot was ready when I arrived.

We stayed the night because I wanted to surprise my husband with the midnight swim - and it was exceptional. The rooms are super nice, the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and much more elaborate than usual in Germany.

Room was big enough. Bathroom was also pretty big enough. The area is super calm both day and night. Thank you.

New cozy hostel not far away from Alexanderplatz. The room is clean, the facilities are new, the beds are cozy. Many thanks to Roberto who helped me to proceed the payment and upgraded the room. I highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel has an excellent location! It's close to the metro, railway, and bus stops, with many dining options and a shopping center nearby. Overall, it's a fantastic spot. The rooms are clean, and the staff is always ready to help. Lizzy at the reception stands out with her exceptional attention and care.
