Great, quiet location but still close to highway. The manager and staff are very attentive and willing to help with everything. Parking is on the site. Very good breakfast and evening buffet style dinner.

The rooms were quite spacious, and the furniture looked really new. It seemed like the rooms had been recently renovated or built. We particularly enjoyed the lovely patio with a view of a small creek. The room was very clean and the staff friendly.

From the staff to the breakfast, the room, and the location – my husband and I loved everything about the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great communication about the options, friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was excellent, all fresh and a good assortment ! Lucky to be able to have a meal in the adjoining restaurant before they closed for the summer, well worth it.

The breakfast was pretty OK. One could make fresh waffles, fresh fruit available too, and the other regular stuff. The staff was nice. The restaurant is ok, but from the 10 foods they offer about 8 are fried... don't expect anything healthy. The room was clean and quite ok. The bed mattress was great, the pillow and blanket too. Slept like a baby. Important - DOG friendly hotel ;-)

The staff were very friendly and flexible. We had arrived after the kitchen had closed (we also booked about 30 minutes before we arrived, the manager returned to the hotel to check us in as checkin had closed at 20 and we arrived at 2010). She then went out of her way to get us something to eat and drink and to make sure that we had good rooms to stay in. The rooms were basic but cosy and comfortable, well maintained and spotless and the shower was really nice. The blankets were a little thin (not cold though) and a bit too short for some of my companions (tall Dutch people). I am sure they would have fixed this if we had asked for help, but we didn't as we were super tired and arrived late. Breakfast was excellent and not expensive. Staff spoke both German and English. The stay was inexpensive. The theming of the hotel is Herbs and Herbology, it smelled very pleasant and felt clean, light and inviting. The surroundings were beautiful.

We loved the size and location of the property. They also provided dog supplies which was a great touch! It was a very relaxing stay.
