Right across the street from train station in Mainz and bus depots. Wonderful room…felt very cozy. I had a little balcony. I liked the look of the common room and restaurant downstairs but didn’t have time to use them. Bathroom was great..lots of amenities and a good shower with lots of hot water. Very gracious staff that was quite helpful with maps and bus schedules.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! Right in the city, super close to the train station, safe, and with such a unique vibe. The whole place looks fantastic, the lounge, breakfast/dinner area, hallways, and rooms are all modern, stylish, and full of character and clean. And the food… honestly exceptional! Breakfast has fresh, high-quality products with so much variety, and dinners were just incredible. I ate here twice and was blown away, salads, soups, desserts, everything was perfectly prepared. I don’t usually write this, but I was really impressed. The music also was really good! The staff are also wonderful, so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and you have 3 drinks offered in your room. This hotel is a true diamond and an example for others. Can’t wait to come back—keep up the amazing work!

The facility is closed to the Rhine river, walking along the river is very pleasant. Receptionist is very nice to provide information as I needed. The food cooked very delicious, breakfast is great. The old town is not very far, can be reached by foot.

Beyond just having clean, nice rooms, they have secure bicycle storage and free laundry machines, both washing and drying. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great if you wish to be near the Hainerberg Exchange / military housing area (easy walking distance). Otherwise, not much immediately close to hotel except business offices, but there is a taxi stand nearby and taxis were always there to hop in and go. You can purchase breakfast at the hotel and they give you a discount if you add it to your bill when you check in. Coffee and food were good. Overall good stay.

Was easy to find and check in. The room was of a fair size, with cozy bed and nice balcony to enjoy mid September afternoon sun. The restaurant offers great choice of dishes and the breakfast cost (E12) worth every penny. Great place to stop, park a car and enjoy the night before early morning flight from Frankfurt.

The room was very good, simple, clean, big bathroom which is a bonus (if you are lucky with room selection, as first room had smaller one). The breakfast was nice, had good variety, no hot food but perfect for our needs. Very nice and polite staff, always accommodated for our requests and extensions. Location is perfect, 2 mins from the main station. Highly recommend.

Everything. I used to stay a lot for business in the Hyatt. Now I am retired and handicapped, so I have to be more frugal with our money. And the Hilton surprised me with its value, comfort and friendliness.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The area was very nice and close to the Christmas market.

very close to the Mainz Cathedral and 10 mins walk to St.Stephen Church which many history and beauty, also the fresh fruit and vegetables open market on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. City Center and Rhine River bank, walking around is benefit.

We enjoyed the quiet, clean, and comfortable room with regular cleaning service, and definitely would recommend this hotel for proximity to the Mainz old town and historic sights (it is on the hill above, just a couple of blocks from a fabulous view toward the river and stairs into the older neighborhoods) and lovely cafés, as well as to the main (Hbf) station for regional and intercity express trains. It was perfect for our stay!

This was a great hotel for the price. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. They stored our luggage for free before check-in (we arrived 5 hours before). Its about a 15 minute walk to the shopping center. You use door codes, so no need to mess around with a key. We loved the hotel so much we booked their sister hotel for our stay in Nuremburg.

The location is very convenient to reach on foot from the central station. The hotel is really quiet and suitable for sleeping. The room is perfectly clean. The staff there is friendly and helps a lot with all the questions.

I would like to thank Hotel Moguntia for its coziness, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent - close to the train station and the city center, with all necessary shops nearby, yet without any noise disturbance. The room was warm and spacious, and the staff thoughtfully provided us with a kettle, which was very helpful. I sincerely recommend this hotel both to families looking for a comfortable stay and to those coming to Mainz for the FaMed exam (the exam center is nearby and easily reachable on foot or by tram).
