Such a beautiful view from my room! The bed was perfect and the pillows were even better. It was nice to be out of the city center and to see some of the sites on the west side of town.

The hotel itself is beautiful and tranquil, set in a peaceful location, yet still convenient for exploring Berlin. The staff, especially Ms. Sabine Trautschold at reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and swift resolution of a small issue during my stay were truly remarkable. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated her professionalism and genuine kindness. She made my experience unforgettable! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was one of relaxation and comfort. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute, from the quiet surroundings to the lovely conversations I had with the staff. It felt like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend St.-Michaels-Heim to anyone visiting Berlin. The exceptional service, beautiful setting, and warm staff make it a standout hotel. Without hesitation, I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Berlin!

Location was great, very close to bus stop and s bahn. Hotel was very well designed, staff was very helpful. Room was clean and big enough. It is in a very quiet area.

U ban is right next to the hotel Rewe supermarket (biggest chain in berlin) is right next to the hotel Housekeeping 10/10 Coffee machine at reception

Location, nice and clean room besides it was big room

It was a very well presented, traditional hotel with everything you needed. The ancient lift was an attractive feature. Close to public transport which was easy to use. Vishnu was very helpful and charming Walked to a ice café /beer garden by a lake

The breakfast and location of the hotel was really great. I would have loved to stay longer

Wilmina Apartments are brilliant. They are spacious, modern, and furnished like luxury homes, rather than suites in a hotel. Everything has been thought through beautifully by the architects and decorators. But: enjoyment can depend on which exact unit you book, since some are not as well located within the building as others. Apart from that, this place is super-special.
