The whole service was exceptional. Breakfast excellent with good variety of food. Facility great, clean. Good location with view at the water/harbour. Maybe the beer in the bar was little expensive but nothing drastical for Denmark :-)

It is very convenient with a location next to the airport. Short distance to ferry lines to Norway. It is still very quiet. The building is new and modern, everything is functional.

This hotel is right in the center of everything in Aalborg. I stayed for 11 days. The rooms are the perfect size and are very clean. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. The breakfast was served hot and was delicious. The lounge area and self-serve coffee and tea that was available throughout the day was a great way to take a break and regroup during a day of museums, sight seeing and shopping.

It is a non profit to provide funds for sailors and their families. The location is great. Staff is excellent, so cheerful, friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast buffet and nice lounge area. Rooms were big and bright.

The location was good and very convenient. The room size was also quite nice, providing enough space to feel comfortable. The furniture was modern and in good condition, and the TV setup was also good, which made the overall stay more enjoyable.

Well from the very call with the reception everything was very clear. I got the late checking details within couple minutes of the reservation. I got parking added via the phone and paid next day, so the trust is there. Shoutout to Helena from the big H. I left my university paper in the room and remembered long after I left, she made pictures of every page I asked and sent it to me. What a relief that was.

Your hotel is very convenient in terms of access to the central train station and the airport. It is modern, very well appointed with food stores and services close at hand. Within a 7 minute walk, the historic downtown is easy to be enjoyed - and well worth taking time to visit. Having the No 13 bus (across the street) with a direct route to the airport was a pleasant surprise. And, the central train station is only a 5 minute stroll away. The hotel room was just what I needed. Hotel staff were courteous and more than helpful which indicates a sound management structure. I certainly found this hotel to be all that it was advertised - and much more. Well done.

Very nice breakfast. They even have a selection of vitamins for you! Large open area. Nice lobby. I could park very close by behind the hotel. Fantastic location close to waterfront and the old town area. Very eco-friendly place too.

Lovely room. Excellent location. Very friendly staff.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and guests. Everyone was nice with our dog, who was also accommodated.

Dinner was good although limited choice and on the pricey side. Charming building.
