Great hotel, walking distance from the Centro Historico. About 5 blocks) Rooms are clean and spacious. Our room had 5 beds, which was perfect for our cousin get-together (girl's vacation) Staff is wonderful. Extra friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but sufficient: An egg made to order, a fresh juice, coffee, bread and marmalade. They will also hold your luggage if needed pre/post checkout. Overall I'd give it a 9/10. Only due to some beds being uncomfortable, but I'd definitely return on my next trip.

It’s a beautiful colonial house. Facilities are good but some bedrooms don’t have windows. Breakfast is good.

The hotel looks beautiful. There are rooms recently renovated. Everyone was very kind, excellent service.

The location is convenient and it’s good value for money

While I was sleeping on Friday, October 6 at exactly 2:55 AM, my IPhone and my IWatch which were connected to the charger, were disconnected and stolen while I was sleeping. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my lifetime.

Unpretentious but beautiful little hotel. Rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet. Wifi is reliable and quite fast. Breakfast is excellent. Not many people because is small. Nice furniture with a classical touch. Bathroom and shower are fine. OK parking. optimal location.; a five minute walk to the heart of the city..

I have stayed in many hotels in Cuenca and Quijote is the best yet. Very clean, fantástico breakfast, good location, quality tv, shower, bed etc. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was awesome! We were greeting at the front desk by Ismenia. She was very friendly and helpful in getting us a taxi to see El Cajas National Park. Our room was very large, beds comfortable, and great breakfast. The hotel is only 2 blocks from the cities main park and the New Cathedral.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very conveniently located. The people working there are awesome and extremely helpful. They had no problem making vegan breakfasts for me and my friend. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cuenca.
