The reception staff were very welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious and of great quality. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi service was fast and reliable throughout the stay. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

So friendly & helpful team, especially reception team, nice location, good food

This location was perfect for our purposes. We're on a dive trip to explore Sharmel shake and to check out local dive shops. This location is central to all of the good places. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel is not new so it's definitely not like a hot five star hotel but it's comfortable. We had a good price everything that I'm looking for.

After carefully considering all aspects of my visit, I can confidently rate my stay a 10 out of 10. From the moment of arrival to check-out, the experience was consistently smooth, professional, and well managed. The check-in process was efficient and welcoming, setting a positive tone for the stay. The room itself was exceptionally clean, well organized, and clearly maintained to a high standard. The bed and furnishings were comfortable, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the overall atmosphere allowed for genuine rest and relaxation. Housekeeping was discreet and reliable, which I particularly appreciated. The staff deserve special recognition. Every interaction was marked by professionalism, courtesy, and a clear willingness to assist. Requests and questions were handled promptly and competently, which reflects strong internal organization and training. The shared facilities were equally impressive—clean, well maintained, and easy to use. The overall environment of the hotel felt calm, safe, and well cared for, which significantly contributed to the quality of the stay. In short, there were no aspects of my experience that fell below expectations. The consistency in service, attention to detail, and overall comfort justify a full 10/10 rating. Good hotel with 3 swimming pools. The room was big and we'll decorated. The atmosphere is fine. The staff is professional with good spirits.And they have animation team.

Compare with the Hotel facility, breakfast was good.

Staff and management outstanding - very well trained - thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Restaurant staff hardworking and attentive to details. Special callout to ElSayed - First class service the entire 2 weeks. Manager Mohammed and F/B guy Temer were both excellent. A very well run resort. No need to pay Swiss prices, stay here instead.

The room was clean and tidy, view is amazing and appliances worked perfectly and the owner was very responsive and decent.
