The reception staff were very welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious and of great quality. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi service was fast and reliable throughout the stay. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh was truly unforgettable. The place is incredibly nice, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Mr. Momen at the reception who greeted us with a smile and kindly offered us an early check-in. He explained everything clearly, was always friendly, and even gave us his private number in case we needed anything during our stay — which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate his great hospitality. We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person. I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service. On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

This location was perfect for our purposes. We're on a dive trip to explore Sharmel shake and to check out local dive shops. This location is central to all of the good places. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel is not new so it's definitely not like a hot five star hotel but it's comfortable. We had a good price everything that I'm looking for.

From the moment of arrival to check-out, the experience was consistently smooth, professional, and well managed. The check-in process was efficient and welcoming, setting a positive tone for the stay. The room itself was exceptionally clean, well organized, and clearly maintained to a high standard. The bed and furnishings were comfortable, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the overall atmosphere allowed for genuine rest and relaxation. Housekeeping was discreet and reliable, which I particularly appreciated. The staff deserve special recognition. Every interaction was marked by professionalism, courtesy, and a clear willingness to assist. Requests and questions were handled promptly and competently, which reflects strong internal organization and training. The shared facilities were equally impressive—clean, well maintained, and easy to use. The overall environment of the hotel felt calm, safe, and well cared for, which significantly contributed to the quality of the stay. In short, there were no aspects of my experience that fell below expectations. The consistency in service, attention to detail, and overall comfort justify a full 10/10 rating. Staff and management outstanding - very well trained - thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Restaurant staff hardworking and attentive to details. Special callout to ElSayed - First class service the entire 2 weeks. Manager Mohammed and F/B guy Temer were both excellent. A very well run resort. No need to pay Swiss prices, stay here instead.
