Was a focal point for the revolution against Mubarak regime in 2011. More than 50,000 protesters were there. People demanding President Hosni Mubarak's resignation due to corruption, repression, and economic issues, culminating in Mubarak steeping out the Presidency.

Try not to stay in this area, it's very noisy most of the day. The only benefit of staying here is if you want to go the Egyptian Museum or easy access to a central Metro station which covers all the lines (Sadat and Nasser stations). Better to stay near a metro in a quieter area.

I will never not love this place, the chaos, the people, the restaurants around, the cars going around the square, the lights and the noise, it all works so well together. Anyone who says they don't like Tahrir Square is crazy. It's has a great cultural vibe. And for all its chaotic scene, it's so clean everywhere. It's amazing. I always book my stay anywhere in this area.

The location is excellent. You step out of the building straight into old Cairo, with downtown just outside the door. It’s a two‑minute walk to Tahrir Square and about fifteen minutes to the Nile. The Wi‑Fi and air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The host, Ceasar, was very accommodating and quick to respond. For the price we paid for three nights, the property offered very good value.

Very elegant apartment in a very central location . Just few minutes from Tahrir square and we can even see it from the balcony . We arrived 4 am and Mohamed was waiting for us to let us in without any extra charge. I think it's very suitable for big families .

Very good hotel around Tahrir Square. Everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained, and the lobby was a nice place to sit and relax after a day out. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same area before, but this one really stands out. This was already my second stay here, and I’d happily stay again the next time I’m back in Cairo.

Staying right on the famous 26th of July Street gives you the absolute best, most authentic taste of Downtown Cairo! The energy outside is incredible, yet our room was a clean, modern, and comfortable haven to return to after a long day of exploring. The location makes it incredibly easy to walk to the Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square, or catch a ride anywhere else. A huge shoutout to the reception team—they were so professional, welcoming, and genuinely treated us like family from the moment we arrived!

The location is absolutely spot on if you want to experience the real Cairo. It’s tucked away in a bustling downtown street, just a short walk from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. The staff were an absolute delight—incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us sort out taxis and local phrase advice. Our room was clean, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, and the beds were lovely and comfy after a long day of exploring. Excellent value for money.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff, clean room, and a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Kerlus for his outstanding hospitality and kindness, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful and even accommodated my late luggage storage request.
The location is perfect, with major attractions just a short walk away, and the view of Tahrir Square is fantastic. Great value for money and highly recommended.
