Excellent location for exploring the city. A special commendation to all staff especially at reception and the bar lounge area. All were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Everything was clean and well tended. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food was very good. The location allowed easy access to public transport.

Very modern design and super comfortable beds. Their private parking on level -4 is a big bonus, but it costs €15 per night.

The room was very clean and located in the Casco Viejo which allowed us to have the best visit in town all by walk only. It was perfectly centred and the reception system (the check-in is made in another hotel) was very well done even if dislocated in another building (only 100 metres from it). This allowed to discover a nice atmosphere in the co-working space and in the cafeteria (in the hall of the other building. The bathroom provided a bidet as well, which is very rare outside Italy, but a very nice comfort. I would have loved to have a kettle in the bedroom to make the stay even cozyer. The staff was very kind and made sure everything was alright even after we left. I would recommend it 100%.

Very clean room. Amazingly helpful staff with local insights and knowledge about what to do, where to go and what to eat. Front desk staff, Victor and Nadia were lovely and very helpful.

We thought the price was most reasonable in the heart of Bilbao. The hotel is modern an super clean. The highlight was the helpfulness and friendliness of the afternoon gentleman at the front desk. The handy parking area across the street felt safe and convenient. The location provided super easy access to old town with countless pintxos and tapas bars.

We only stayed for one night and everything was exactly what we needed. We arrived a bit late and after a long day of travel, and the woman who helped us was very welcoming and even helped me get my suitcase up the stairs as I was with my child. For the price, the room is quite nice, the building is older but everything works well, and best of all, it's easy walking distance to the train station. No complaints, we'd stay here again. Thanks so much!

Everything - it was an amazing property and stay. Staff well trained and polite, English FT news paper, luxurious rooms and lobby, location is perfect to arrive by cab, take the tram, and walk everywhere to the museum and all other attractions.
