Location, people amazing and beautiful rooms

Everything was perfect! What I especially appreciated was that when I mentioned at check-in that the room I was given did not match the pictures on Booking, the staff immediately changed it without any hassle. Superb service!

Staff super friendly and professional. The coffee / tea facilities in the room were top notch not to mention the fully stacked mini bar even though I didn't use it except for the Minute Maid Orange juice in the morning. Few little treats and super comfortable bed. The shower is big and loved that the toilet was in a separate cubicle. All round 5 stars and will def stay here again on my next stop over.

Renovated hotel. Staff is super nice and the breakfast is great. Rooms are very clean with renovated and new bathroom furniture.

It was a quite, cozy place. Had everything I needed for my stay. I had difficulties with the links at the beginning and the staff was really helpful to solve the issue.

The hotel is very cozy, but room is as titled “budget”. That being said it was extremely comfortable, and road noise from the adjacent motorway was not notable in the room itself. The nearest metro station is close by making transport to the old town and central Railway station accessed with ease.

Staff was helpful with invoicing, communication. Bed was super comfortable. Room quiet, still central location. Close to station.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around the city. A special mention goes to the breakfast service: the food was fresh, varied, and delicious. The staff in charge of breakfast were exceptionally kind and attentive, making the mornings a real pleasure. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment and excellent location

The staff were exceptional from Pawal on reception to the people who looked after us in the restaurant. Pawal quickly realised my father needed extra support and found him a suitable room and ensured my parents had all the support they needed. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the room was very comfortable.

Excellent location close to a commercial zone and subway stations a couple blocks away. The rooms are really comfortable as is the rooftop.

Every detail was thought of and it was nice to have complementary water and coffee in the room.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet part of Madrid, still close to metro stations. By metro is only 3 stops to Sol. The hotel looks fresh, with a nice timeless styling, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was tasteful and complete, and on top it all (literally) you could relax on the rooftop terrace.
