Everything was clean and well tended. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food was very good. The location allowed easy access to public transport.

Very modern design and super comfortable beds. Their private parking on level -4 is a big bonus, but it costs €15 per night.

I liked the location in the middle of city center. It is clean, friendly staff. Close to many monuments.

Excellent location for exploring the city. A special commendation to all staff especially at reception and the bar lounge area. All were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

The room was wonderful, plenty of space. The location was also great, we arrived by bus so that was really convenient. The buses to the airport also have a stop nearby. Lovely staff too!

from staff to locatrion and cleanleness of this hotel is a great deal. ı will look forward to come back to same hotel when ı am in Bilbao. suggestion is 100 percent. like a second home in Bilbao

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of different choices! Everything was great, hotel is located in the city centre, and offers everything you might need for 2-3 days.

The location is excellent- right across from the Athletico Bilbao stadium, short walk to the bus an metro stations and a very nice stroll to the Guggenheim, Puppy and Gran Via! The food was outstanding, wonderful fresh ingredient, lots of flavour and expertly prepared- and that was for a group of 25, which is never easy. Staff are courteous, welcoming and very helpful!

The "level" access bar and food was incredible. Just a really great hotel all around located in a great location.

The rooms were clean,comfortable and located well for the tourist spots.Breakfast was substantial. The receptionist, Sonia, was extremely helpful.

The location is great, the staff are great , the continental breakfast is great, the cleaning staff are great and their attention to your room by preparing it and night with chocolates etc is so welcome.
